Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in English? Join our team as a Scheduler and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for our clients.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate and manage caregiver/client schedules.
Confirm appointments and handle urgent changes.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies.
Use scheduling platforms and CRM tools to keep everything running seamlessly.
What We're Looking For:
English Level: C1 (written and spoken).
Experience:1–2 years of experience in scheduling and customer service or similar roles OR
6 months to 1 year of experience with knowledge of home care industry standards and caregiver credentialing (desired).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with scheduling systems (Athena or similar).
