Responsible for support scheduling and workflow, creating production plans, monitoring output, managing materials, and coordinating with inter-departments to meet deadlines, ensuring smooth operations, quality, and cost control.

Description of Responsibilities and Duties

  • Material Management – assist with inventory control, raw material levels
  • Scheduling & Planning – develop and adjust production schedules, create worklists, and manage machine/labor capacity
  • Coordination – work closely with production, sales and other teams
  • Data & Administration – perform clerical tasks, maintain records, and use planning software (like MRP/ERP systems)
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements related to operations and products, and the Code of Conduct. Ensure all documents related to RBA policies are updated, compliant, and provide suggestions to improve RBA policies for the company’s benefit.
