Construction Scheduler – Hospitality Projects

The Construction Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for large-scale hospitality projects, including hotels and mixed-use developments. This role ensures accurate planning and timely delivery across all phases of the project using ORACLE Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the project master schedule for design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Prepare and maintain the Basis of Schedule.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely updates and accurate progress reporting.
  • Apply resource loading to establish optimal staffing and crew plans.
  • Calculate and manage Earned Value KPIs and progress tracking using S-curves.
