Job Summary

The Schedule Reconciliation Specialist Trainee is responsible for ensuring that anesthesia records received in the system are complete and accurate. This role involves comparing, analyzing, and reconciling schedules to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of related processes.

Essential Functions and Tasks

• Compare schedules from different sources to identify inconsistencies.
• Analyze scheduling data to detect patterns and root causes of discrepancies.
• Work with relevant teams to correct scheduling errors and update records.
• Generate and distribute reports on schedule accuracy and reconciliation status.
• Ensure all cases scheduled are received and reconciled.
• Monitor all cases daily to ensure they are billed in a timely manner.
