SCF Analyst - Fixed Assets

The SCF Analyst - Fixed Assets, located at the Mission Hills plant reporting to the Plant Controller, is the primary finance business partner to support GSC in the Fixed Asset Management processes and Controls for Mission Hills and CP Mexico. Responsible for establishing procedures and controls aligned to our CFPs that ensure a reliable Fixed Asset Register, the proper accounting records and protection of the company’s assets

Reponsibilities

• Capitalization process: Participate in the CEB Evaluation with engineering, control of MWIP projects, follow up to status of the projects and ensure on time capitalization
• Fixed Asset Inventory Coordination: Coordinate activities and meetings with the teams involved in the Fixed Asset Inventory and with the Suppliers
• Coordination with CBS for all the activities related to Fixed Assets performed in the back office
