Position Overview


The Scenic Operations Assistant provides administrative and coordination support to the Scenic Operations team, with a primary focus on workforce scheduling, labor coordination, and show closeout. This role supports production leadership by helping ensure accuracy, organization, and follow-through across multiple concurrent events. This position reports to the Operations Manager of Scenic Services.


Key Job Responsibilities


Scheduling & Labor Coordination


· Execute workforce scheduling updates and maintain accurate records.


· Track labor bookings, confirmations, and changes.


· Prepare simple reports related to labor availability and workload.


Show Closeout & Documentation


· Support show closeout by ensuring schedules and documentation are completed.


· Maintain installer-facing systems and internal trackers.
