Scenario Planning Lead - Personal Systems

**Job Summary**
HP's Personal Systems business is seeking a **Scenario Planning Lead** to join the **Supply Planning Analytics team**, focused on enabling agile, data-driven decisions across the global supply chain.
This role is critical in designing and executing scenario models that balance **cost**, **inventory**, **service**, and **time** (e.g., lead times, consumption pacing, qualification delays).
It will also play a **key role in supporting the factory network by identifying over/underutilization risks, improving resource efficiency, and delivering actionable insights to the global supply planning team**.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Scenario Modeling & Trade-off Analysis**:
- Lead development of what-if simulations to assess the impact of component shortages, demand shifts, strategic buys, and supplier transitions.
