Reporting to Inventory Control Manager, this role is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Central Kitchen facility. The performance of the duties must ensure a quality service approach to all employees, customers and suppliers. All responsibilities must be performed in a manner consistent with the Farm Boy Way.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Department activity ensuring that goals are properly communicated and attained.
  • Ensure that all products produced in the facility meet the standards for quality and portion size.
  • Ensure products are properly labeled and loaded into totes.
  • Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures including cleaning, sanitation, government regulation and food safety.
  • Ensure proper Health & Safety practices are adhered to for efficiency and work safety.
