Scalp Care Therapist (RM2500 + Commission)

We are launching a new scalp treatment salon brand in Malaysia and are looking for 5 passionate and capable therapists (scalp / hair) to join our pioneer outlets.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform professional scalp and hair treatment consultations in accordance with KOMO’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) (training will be provided).

Understand customers’ needs and provide personalized recommendations for suitable treatments and products.

Ensure customers’ comfort and satisfaction throughout their scalp and hair therapy experience.

Serve customers with passion, professionalism, and integrity to create an outstanding service journey.

Proactively recruit new customers, assist with enquiries, manage appointment bookings, and follow up promptly on requests.

Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships through excellent after‑service communication.
