Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound and outbound truck transactions using the scale system.
- Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and billing documentation.
- Provide professional customer service to drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with plant operations to support efficient material movement and dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks while adhering to safety and company procedures.
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry, spreadsheet management, and reporting, as needed.
