About the Role

The role focuses on designing and executing training strategies aligned with business goals, overseeing regional training delivery, supporting team and individual development, and managing budgets in line with company policies while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

- Work with Team lead to formulate the training strategy and implementing plan

- Develop the training structure which support agency development policy according to the company strategic business plan and workstream

- Conduct and supervise all involved staffs to run training program and courses as plan in the region according to the company guideline and strategic target
