As the Manager of Project Delivery, you will guide a results-oriented team responsible for delivering capital projects in generating stations. This role requires expertise in project management and a commitment to fostering an environment that promotes safety and innovation. You will also be involved in the planning, implementation, and administration of corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation of financial and administrative controls
• Assist staff with career planning and succession strategies
• Participate in management planning to align work with goals
• Proactively identify and resolve issues with innovative solutions
• Deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
