SaskEnergy seeks an Operations Technician for gas system installation and maintenance. This permanent position involves troubleshooting, customer support, and emergency response in a full-time capacity.
The Operations Technician at SaskEnergy will be engaged in various duties related to the operation and maintenance of gas facilities. This role not only encompasses technical tasks but also emphasizes providing outstanding customer service and effectively managing emergency situations. You will also be responsible for ensuring the compliance and safety of operations within industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair gas system facilities
• Monitor odorant systems and maintain records
• Install and inspect gas distribution systems
• Organize work with Gas Construction Crews
• Ensure contractor work complies with specifications
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Journeyperson Plumbing Certificate needed
