Key Responsibilities

  • Extract and analyze large volumes of transactional data from Amazon Redshift databases, including both header and detail-level transaction records for restaurant locations.
  • Develop and maintain SAS programs to retrieve data for selected stores, products, pricing scenarios, and business channels.
  • Perform monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc Quality Control (QC) validations on Price Mix reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Conduct data reconciliation between source systems, Redshift tables, and downstream reporting outputs.
  • Calculate and validate key business metrics, including:
  • Weighted Average Price (WAP)
  • Mean (Average) Price
  • Mode Price
  • Net Sales
  • Gross Sales
  • Guest Counts
  • Units Sold
  • Channel-Level Performance Metrics
  • Store-Level Performance Metrics
  • Analyze pricing trends, promotional impacts, and pr...
