  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and support SAP Work Manager applications for mobile field operations.
  • Customize and configure SAP Work Manager to meet business requirements in maintenance, inspections, and service orders.
  • Integrate SAP Work Manager with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules.
  • Develop mobile applications using SAP Mobile Platform (SMP) and related tools.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to analyze business processes and translate them into mobile workflows.
  • Perform troubleshooting, testing, and performance tuning of mobile applications.
  • Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
  • Ensure synchronization between mobile apps and backend SAP systems.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and field technicians.
