SAP Transformation(S/4HANA) Consultant - Finland

Overview

Infosys is seeking a highly experienced SAP (IPCON) to join our European SAP practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, collaborate with clients, and ensure delivery excellence.
• Engage middle management effectively and build solution proposals, estimating efforts accurately.
• Provide functional expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) and oversee transformation preparation or Phase 0 activities.

Qualifications

• Deep SAP expertise, strong business acumen, and leadership skills required.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, FICO, Business AI, LeanIX, Signavio, and Cloud ALM.
• Minimum of 4 full lifecycle SAP project implementations.
• Experience in leading teams in SAP projects.
• Exposure to at least two types of S/4HANA projects: Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid.
• Proficiency in SAP toolchain usage or administration.
