Essential Skills
- Proven expert-level SAP functional experience (multiple modules advantageous)
- Strong track record translating complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Deep experience across AS IS / TO BE modelling and business blueprinting
- Hands-on involvement in global rollouts, cutover, and hypercare environments
- Solid understanding of integration design across SAP and non-SAP systems
- Advanced troubleshooting capability with root cause analysis at L3 level
- Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery (Jira, Xray, Confluence)
- Lead end-to-end requirement elicitation directly with senior stakeholders and SMEs
