Role Summary
The SAP Commerce Cloud Technical Architect will own the end-to-end technical architecture of Telcel’s digital commerce platform, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and seamless integration with Telcel’s enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and own solution architecture for SAP Commerce Cloud (B2C)
• Design headless / composable architecture using SAP Composable Storefront (Spartacus)
• Drive cloud native architecture aligned with SAP Commerce Cloud best practices
• Own integration architecture with Telcel systems (BUS/ESB, Payments, Order Mgmt, eSIM, Logistics, SSO, Analytics)
• Ensure non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, security, availability
• Provide technical governance, architectural reviews, and design sign offs
• Guide development teams and review custom extensions, integrations, and deployments
