ABOUT THE JOB
- Provide first and second level support for SAP users, resolving incidents and service requests efficiently.
- Monitor SAP system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of SAP modules according to business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system errors.
- Document solutions, procedures, and user guides for recurring issues.
- Participate in SAP upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionalities.
- Support end-users during UAT and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and security standards.
