ABOUT THE JOB



  • Provide first and second level support for SAP users, resolving incidents and service requests efficiently.

  • Monitor SAP system performance and proactively identify potential issues.

  • Assist in the configuration and maintenance of SAP modules according to business requirements.

  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system errors.

  • Document solutions, procedures, and user guides for recurring issues.

  • Participate in SAP upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionalities.

  • Support end-users during UAT and training sessions.

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and security standards.
