Job Description

Description GSPANN is hiring an SAP SuccessFactors (Payroll) expert to configure and support end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance. The role focuses on Payroll Control Center (PCC), payroll configuration (PCR, wage types, schemas), and integration with EC Time Off and Timesheets.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Configure SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, including Payroll Control Center (PCC), end-to-end payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
  • Customize payroll rules for country-specific requirements such as allowances, taxes, and deductions.
  • Configure Payroll Areas, Pay Periods, Payroll Schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR), Wage Types, and payroll drivers.
  • Analyze business requirements, map them to SAP payroll functionalities, and deliver integrated payroll solutions.
