Job Description

  • Overall 2+ years 1+ years Implementation Support experience of SAP-SuccessFactors OnB Module At least 1 Implementation and support experience. Implementation Support of SAP SuccessFactors RCM Module. Primary Skills Should have Implementation and support experience of SAP SuccessFactors RCM Module.
  • Must be certified (SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Recruiter Experience and SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Candidate Experience) Perform various analyses pertaining to RCM system and project stats to the higher management in terms of system usage support handling and projects engagement.
  • Ability to coordinate and work in a global environment working with multiple teams. Complete understanding of core recruitment, process Integration experience with EC and Onboarding modules
