Job Description

The HRIS Executive will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors to support HR operations and talent management processes. The role will ensure accurate employee data, manage system workflows, support the performance management cycle, facilitate promotion and organizational structure updates, and provide analytical reports to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Support the annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, appraisal launches, workflow monitoring, calibration support, and completion tracking.
  • Manage employee promotions, transfers, confirmations, organizational changes, and related workflow approvals within the system.
