Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay

• Configure compensation templates, worksheets, eligibility rules, budgets, and guidelines

• Set up merit, bonus, stock, and lump sum planning processes

• Configure compensation forms, route maps, and workflows

• Design and implement business rules and foundation objects

• Conduct workshops with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications

• Provide best practice recommendations for compensation planning cycles

• Design compensation structures aligned with company policies

• Integrate Compensation module with:

o Employee Central

o Payroll systems

o Third-party HR systems

• Manage data imports, exports, and template configurations

• Ensure data validation and integrity during planning cycles
