- Implement and manage SAP Solution Manager with hands-on experience in Build and Run capabilities.
- Configure and maintain System Setup, Managed System Configuration, System Monitoring, and Business Process Monitoring.
- Troubleshoot issues effectively and ensure smooth operations across SAP landscapes.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality documentation, user guides, and training material.
- Support Basis activities including daily health checks, STMS, and background job monitoring.
