SAP SF Professional

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Professional to implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules to improve and optimize our human capital management (HCM) processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with one or more SF modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruitment, LMS, Performance & Goals, Compensation) and a strong understanding of HR business processes and integration requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
