About the Company

Our client, the exclusive Canadian distributor of Toyota and Lexus vehicles, is seeking to hire a Manager, SAP Services (hybrid, 3 days in office per week).

About the Opportunity

The SAP environment (FICO, Warehouse management, Procure to Pay, Basis, some SAP AI POCs, etc.) is somewhat mature, with about 300 users plus integration into 300 dealerships. SAP migrated to RISE (v17 to v21, will be moving to v25 eventually).

The role is divided into 3 areas:

  • Business Relationship Management – working with business to ensure SAP supports them properly
  • Technical Product Owner – SAP strategy, enhancements to the ecosystem, roadmap, vendor management, support, projects, etc.
  • Team leadership – ensuring people are motivated and developed, handling HR issues, team budgeting, etc.
