Job Description

  • Lead customer calls and manage client communications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex and priority issues within SLA.
  • Provide on-call support during business and non-business hours.
  • Technical Expertise
  • Work with cross-module interfaces and ALE/IDOC.
  • Debug and analyze interface failures end-to-end.
  • Operations
  • Manage order entry, processing, and customer order information.
  • Handle ATP checks and EDI/email outputs for documents like 855, 856, and Smart Forms.
  • Master Data Management
  • Configure key Z tables and output setups.
  • Logistics
  • Oversee order dropping to BY (presumably Blue Yonder).
  • Manage BY interfaces for transportation completion in SAP.
  • Process invoices, credits, debits, and returns.
  • Manage batch jobs and manual releases by AR.
  • Configure outputs for 810 EDI/email or Smart Forms.
