Job Description
- Lead customer calls and manage client communications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex and priority issues within SLA.
- Provide on-call support during business and non-business hours.
- Technical Expertise
- Work with cross-module interfaces and ALE/IDOC.
- Debug and analyze interface failures end-to-end.
- Operations
- Manage order entry, processing, and customer order information.
- Handle ATP checks and EDI/email outputs for documents like 855, 856, and Smart Forms.
- Master Data Management
- Configure key Z tables and output setups.
- Logistics
- Oversee order dropping to BY (presumably Blue Yonder).
- Manage BY interfaces for transportation completion in SAP.
- Process invoices, credits, debits, and returns.
- Manage batch jobs and manual releases by AR.
- Configure outputs for 810 EDI/email or Smart Forms.
