Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and suggest process improvements in SAP SD.
  • Prepare scope documents, AS-IS/TO-BE process documentation, and business blueprints.
  • Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process optimization.
  • Configure SAP SD enterprise structures and manage sales processes such as OTC, sales returns, STO, and inter-company sales.
  • Configure and maintain pricing procedures, logistics, billing processes, tax determination, outputs, movement types, schedule line categories, and item categories.
  • Ensure understanding and proper handling of accounting entries at the time of billing.
  • Support implementation, rollout, and post-go-live support activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end business process integration.
