Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
SAP SD Functional Consultant – CIS
to support
Client Integration Services (CIS)
within a
regional SAP ECC landscape
.
This role focuses on
Order-to-Cash (OTC) transactional support
, interface-related functional analysis, and close collaboration with technical and integration teams to ensure stable and efficient business operations.
You will support both
BAU production activities
and
change requests
, working with business users and regional SAP teams across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP SD / CIS Functional Support
- Provide functional support for
SAP SD within Client Integration Services (CIS) - Support
Order-to-Cash (OTC)
processes including: - Sales orders
- Deliveries
- Billing
- Pricing and credit-related issues
- Act as first-line functional SME for SD-related CIS issues
