SAP SD Functional – CIS

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant – CIS to support Client Integration Services (CIS) within a regional SAP ECC landscape.
This role focuses on Order-to-Cash (OTC) transactional support, interface-related functional analysis, and close collaboration with technical and integration teams to ensure stable and efficient business operations.
You will support both BAU production activities and change requests, working with business users and regional SAP teams across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP SD / CIS Functional Support
Provide functional support for SAP SD within Client Integration Services (CIS)
Support Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including:
Sales orders
Deliveries
Billing
Pricing and credit-related issues
Act as first-line functional SME for SD-related CIS issues
Interface & Integration Support
Perform functional analysis of interface-related issues involving SD processes
