Job Description


  • Design, develop, and manage end-to-end Customer Care / Contact Center solutions supporting Order to Cash (O2C) processes

  • Integrate SAP SD (ECC & S/4HANA) with Salesforce Service Cloud and EDI platforms

  • Lead development and support of integrations using SAP CPI / PI/PO, REST/SOAP APIs, IDOC, RFC, Proxy, BAPI, and EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT)

  • Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of Customer Care systems

  • Collaborate with integration teams (MuleSoft), IT, business, and commercial teams

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights

  • Support post-go-live activities and troubleshoot integration issues

  • Take full ownership of solutions and drive implementation end-to-end
