SAP Scrum Master

1. Agile Facilitation:

Serve as the Scrum Master for SAP Scrum teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies including

sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Foster an Agile mindset within the teams and promote continuous improvement.

2. Collaboration:

Collaborate with SAP Scrum teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure

alignment on project goals, priorities, and timelines.

Remove impediments and barriers to the teams progress to ensure smooth project

execution.

3. Project Management:

Manage and prioritize the project backlog in collaboration with the product owner.

Monitor and report project progress, ensuring the team meets sprint goals and

commitments.

4. Communication:

Facilitate communication within the SAP Scrum team and with external stakeholders.

Ensure transparency regarding project status, risks, and impediments.
