SAP Release Manager

Accountabilities:

• Manage a small team to support the Design, Build, and Test processes in the Axial program.
• Ensure end-to-end business processes flow from BIC to Solution Manager to enable the linkage between business process and technical solution.
• Process any change requests to business process and assess the impact on build and test.
• Collaborate with partners to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support the use of SAP Solution Manager for process documentation, testing, and change control.
• Assist in aligning SAP functionality with business processes across SAP modules.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a role focused on business process support or analysis.
