SAP PTP Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP PTP Senior Manager to serve as the PTP Workstream Lead for the US pool within our Global Delivery Center in Mexico. This role combines solution leadership, people leadership, and delivery governance across projects. You will work hands‑on in SAP delivery, oversee a mid-sized team of PTP consultants (approximately 30), ensure consistent delivery excellence across engagements, and build PTP capability by upskilling and cross‑skilling the team.

What you’ll do

Solution & Delivery Leadership

• Lead and govern SAP PTP solution delivery across multiple global projects (greenfield, brownfield, rollouts, AMS).
• Provide solution assurance: blueprint validation, design reviews, RICEFW oversight, cutover strategy, and deployment quality gates.
• Act as an escalation lead for complex PTP design or integration issues (MM, AP, Ariba, VIM, Fieldglass, EWM, GTS, FI/AP).
