Job Description

Tech Mahindra in Finland seeks a SAP Project Operations Lead with 6+ years in Project Operations, PMO or Delivery Operations to own reporting and analytics.

Design, automate, and maintain operational trackers in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query) and generate executive MIS using ServiceNow, Jira, PowerBI, and Azure DevOps.

Coordinate with HR and delivery managers, track demand fulfilment, open positions, planning, and provide risk indicators and decision-support analyses.
