Job Description

Lead end-to-end program delivery for S/4HANA migration across business, IT, and vendors.

Own scope, timeline, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication (SteerCo, execs).

Drive phased cutover strategy (brownfield/greenfield/hybrid), readiness, and hypercare.

Coordinate with SAP BASIS, functional teams, data, integration, security, and QA.

Establish governance: RAID logs, change control, KPI tracking, and status reporting.

Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory requirements and internal audit controls.

Manage vendor contracts/SOWs (SAP, SI partners), and escalate to resolution.

Champion business adoption: training, OCM plans, and post-go-live stabilization.
