Job Description
The Project Manager is accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of one or more releases/waves within a complex S/4HANA program, driving scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder management across Finance, SCM, and EAM towers. The role enforces Clean Core and SAP Activate ways of working and orchestrates partners, business, and SAP to achieve an art‑of‑the‑possible implementation on aggressive yet realistic timelines.
Key Outcomes & KPIs
On‑time, on‑budget delivery for assigned waves/releases with no critical audit/compliance gaps.
Measurable business value realization per wave (e.g., cycle‑time reduction, automation %, adoption KPIs).
Decision velocity (lead time to decision), risk burndown, and defect leakage within control limits.
Clean Core conformance (extensions on BTP/Integration Suite; zero unauthorized core mods).
Stable hypercare with SLA adherence and production NFR (performance, availability, security) targets met.
