Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery — from initiation and planning through execution, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Drive S/HANA implementation or migration programs, ensuring alignment with SAP Activate methodology and business goals.
  • Manage coordination between functional teams (FICO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, PM, etc.), technical teams (ABAP, BASIS, PI/PO, Fiori), and business stakeholders.
