Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the local test strategy and approach, aligned with global program objectives.
- Lead the planning, preparation, execution, and closure of UAT and support other test phases as needed.
- Define test scope, objectives, and success criteria while ensuring compliance with Iberia-specific legal and operational requirements.
- Coordinate and engage with cross-functional teams, including IT, data, business users, and third-party vendors.
- Manage test schedules, resources, scripts, and defect resolution processes.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication of testing progress, risks, and results to stakeholders.
- Drive collaboration between global and local teams to align on test requirements and solutions.
