SAP Practice Head

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Practice Head with over 18 years of experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, with deep subject matter expertise in SAP functional domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion around 4 projects. This strategic leadership role demands a blend of functional depth, delivery excellence, and practice development capabilities to drive transformation, innovation, and value realization for global clients.

• Lead and manage the SAP functional practice, ensuring innovation, delivery excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction across global programs.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert across SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes, providing strategic guidance on solution architecture and process optimization.
• Guide/Coach team across full lifecycle delivery of SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion projects aligned with SAP Activate methodology.
