Job Description

The SAPPP/EWM Consultant will work in post-go-live support, ensuring stability, operational continuity, and continuous improvement of Production Planning (PP) and Warehouse Management (EWM) processes. This role will be responsible for incident resolution, user support, continuous improvements, and process optimization in SAP (S/4 Hana) environment.

The position requires on-site work at the plant in Resende (RJ), with strong interaction with IT (Local, Global) and operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support for SAP PP and EWM modules.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests (tickets).
  • Perform troubleshooting for errors in production and logistics processes.
  • Monitor critical processes, including:
    • MRP
    • Production orders
    • Inventory movements
    • Inbound/outbound processes (EWM)
