This role is primarily responsible for ensuring stable SAP operations, supporting business users, and continuously improving production planning and execution processes in a high‑paced operational environment.

The position works closely with local operations and North America stakeholders, key users, and global SAP teams to ensure system reliability, production efficiency, and user adoption.
