Job Description

You will oversee the delivery planning and SAP transactions of the plant's warehouses during night shift including GRPO, IT, SO and DR.

You will follow the delivery planning, provide update to the sales team, and troubleshoot potential difficulties.

1.  SO treatment

  • To receive and acknowledge PO (purchase order) from customers.
  • To convert PO to SO, timely posting in SAP.

2. Outgoing

  • To follow the customer delivery planning at night.
  • To ensure that the sequence is respected by the warehouse team.
  • To modify the delivery planning in case of production delay or last-minute customer demand.
  • To control the documentation and encode DRs in SAP
  • To issue truck exit authorization
  • To update the Sales team and accommodate their demands.

  • To control the documentation of incoming suppliers' deliveries
