What will you be doing?

  • Be the first line support for the business on all aspects of the SAP solutions including: triaging issues, resolving issues, escalating issues to the key resolver groups.
  • Manage the incident and request process ensuring calls are resolved in an appropriate time according to their priority and service level agreements.
  • Act as a key liaison between business key users and the technology team for investigating, analysing, and implementing SAP business solution fixes and changes.
  • Able to investigate issues from a technical perspective using standard SAP tools to identify root cause for problems and subsequently support the resolution of the underlying issues.
