Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, control, and optimize interfaces (IDocs, qRFC, EWM queues) within the live system landscape (approx. 6.5 million IDocs/year)
  • Ensure stable and efficient system operations through proactive monitoring and issue resolution
  • Analyze interface errors, data inconsistencies, and performance issues, and implement sustainable solutions
  • Collaborate closely with consulting, application development, system operations, and external partners (e.g., Seeburger)
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to the continuous optimization of integration scenarios
  • Define, maintain, and enforce cross-application standards and guidelines (e.g., development guidelines, authorization concepts, interface standards)
  • Support and govern data exchange processes across SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Analyze structured data and perform mapping between different systems and formats
