SAP Incentive Management - DI and Reporting Professional

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional who can work on SAP Incentive Management (formerly CallidusCloud) with strong knowledge in Data Integration (DI) and Reporting. You will help build and manage solutions that support incentive programs like commissions, bonuses, and sales performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support data integration (DI) processes for SAP Incentive Management.
• Build and manage reports and dashboards to track commissions, incentives, and sales metrics.
• Work with business teams to understand requirements for incentive programs and reporting needs.
• Ensure accurate and timely data flow between SAP Incentive Management and other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
• Create and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and validations.
• Handle data mapping, cleansing, and loading activities.
