The SAP HCM Time & Labor Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Time Management solutions including work schedules, time evaluation, absence/attendance management, quotas, time schemas, and integration with payroll. The role requires strong functional knowledge of HR processes, statutory requirements, and end-to-end time-related business scenarios.
