SAP HCM (Human Capital Mgmt) Solution Architect

The SAP HCM (Human Capital Mgmt) Solution Architect is responsible for bridging business needs with SAP technology solutions in the HCM domain (SAP SuccessFactor & SAP HCM solution). Candidate needs to be able to help with assessment of client business requirement, provide recommendation for business improvement (BPR) anchored on technology solution, lead HCM software evaluation exercise, design & architect the right technology solutions. Candidate will be involved in pre-sales as well as in project delivery.
