SAP HCM Payroll Solution Architect

Role Summary:

Seeking an SAP HCM-US Payroll Functional Consultant to design, configure, and support end‑to‑end payroll processes for US operations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in US payroll compliance, multi‑state taxation, garnishments, benefits/deductions, year-end processing, and hands-on experience with one or more payroll platforms (SAP HCM/ECP/SuccessFactors or Workday). The role partners closely with HR, Finance, Time/Absence, and IT to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll execution with strong controls and audit readiness.
