IBM is seeking a knowledgeable consultant in its SAP Practice. This role requires hands-on experience with SAP S4HANA or ECC 6.0 implementations in HR Payroll. You will support clients by ensuring timely employee payments and streamlined payroll processes while gathering business requirements and performing fit/gap analyses.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct Fit/Gap analysis and business modeling • Gather business/application requirements from clients • Configure and test SAP HR Payroll software • Develop functional and system specifications • Provide deployment and ongoing support for payroll applications
